Day 1 of the Austin Asian American Film Festival means kick-off parties!

THURSDAY EVENTS

VIP Happy Hour at Imperia

For panelists and special guests, enjoy a VIP happy hour at Imperia before heading to your first film! Pick up your badge and enjoy sushi and select cocktails provided by Bacardi. To add to the party, DJ Maryam will be spinning for your enjoyment.

Opening Night Party at Silhouette

Come dance, drink and karaoke the night away at Silhouette, where the festival has rented out six private karaoke rooms! DJ Prince Klassen will be spinning 60s Cambodian Pop mixed with other south Asian Pop to keep you energized throughout the night. Free access and two FREE drinks with RSVP!

VIP badges for the festival are $50 online and $60 at the door.

The badge allows unlimited drinks, appetizers and films! Also, VIP access to parties

with the actors and directors!

Student film-only passes are available for $18 online and $23 at the door.
